Downafresh® is a guarantee that the down and feather fillings in dùsal pillows, duvets and toppers comply used as filling material comply with EN 12935 standard which the hygiene and cleanliness requirements for feathers and down.
All of the down and feathers used by dùsal undergo multiple washing cycles to ensure they are fully clean, followed by steam drying at temperatures exceeding 100°C for over 30 mins to ensure they are fully sanitised.
